About Us
The Institutional Analysis area of the Office of Budget and Institutional Analysis has recently become University Analytics and Institutional Reporting. Updates will be coming to this page and to the data.utah.edu page as we re-organize. The Office of Budget is a separate unit and budget information continues to be available at budget.utah.edu.
The Offices of Budget & Planning and Institutional Analysis are the official source of University information regarding state allocated budgets, students, faculty, departments, colleges, and many traditional higher education indices, such as institutional revenue sources, student headcount enrollment, student credit hours, student and faculty demographic information, and graduation and degrees awarded information.
BUDGET & PLANNING
While being a relevant resource for all financial data at the University of Utah, the Budget Office is responsible for the management of State Appropriations and Annual Financial Reporting to the Utah System of Higher Education.
Institutional Analysis is home to talented data professionals who provide reports, analytics, and consultations relating to student, faculty, and staff data. In addition to external institutional reporting, we offer custom analytics for University audiences.
